		<description>Although Mr Othman may be a former minister, my gut feel is that he will grant the interview or at least provide assistance. 
Firstly, this is not a frivolous research/ request. Besides, he is an eye-witness of an important history &amp; I believe he would want to share it with the later generations. 
As long as researchers have something substantial to study, they should try to ask. As it is said, 
"How would you know that something is impossible until you try?"</description>
